. Exercising is an important aspect of your lifestyle. A person who exercises regularly looks healthier, feels heathier and indeed has a hapier life.
There are many benefits that exercise can bring to your life, physically, mentally and emotionally.
Talking about the physical benefits I will give some examples:
When you are in movement your heart works faster and pumps more blood through your veinsand your brain gets more nutrients and oxygen from your blood.
. When you exercise regularly (three times a week, 40 minutes for session) your brain produces endorphin, ahormone produced by your brain which makes you feel happier.
. Working out your legs and armas will give you a better tone in your muscles and will make you stronger.
. you will find solutions to your problems faster
